Warranty Policy
Silver and gold plated jewelry come with a 6 months warranty, during which repairs or re-plating services will be accepted if necessary with charge only for deliveries, with the attachment of this document. After the warranty period expires, repairs and re-plating (for jewelry originally purchased with gold plating only) will be provided at cost price.
*The warranty does not cover physical damage and changes or repairs done by an external source, as well as other defects of our sole discretion.
*Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 14 business days from the day of purchase, and only if it’s in its original condition, undamaged. Personally designed jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
*In case of wrong sizing, the first resizing will be provided at cost and delivery price only.
Gold jewelry comes with a 12 months warranty, during which repairs will be accepted if necessary with charge only for deliveries and shipping insurance, with the attachment of this document. After the warranty period expires, repairs will be provided at cost price.
